I'm about 22% in and it's starting to get riveting...something's up with Brant...the little hints make me think that this is something to be scared of!

Well this is a tricky deal with all of her books... and i tried to touch on it broadly and then shut up- you will see when you read what i did- 
I think it is almost impossible to really talk about it without spoiling it- because if you start to mention anything specific... it just leads to why, and questions... so i took the chicken shit way out and told them to read the book- :D

After the Book Discussion

I guess I'll start....I LOVED the book I LOVED the story and I LOVED the characters....

but I still can't it out of my head that it cleaned up too quickly and perfectly at the end. 

I'm amazed that I'm the only one after reading the reviews that this bothered. Normally I am the one who follows the beat of the drummer instead of creating my own...so I'm not comfortable with this.

Here's my dilemma - do I follow everyone else and just write how PERFECT I found the book to keep the ruddy waters calm or do I speak my mind?

The deal is though - I did LOVE the book - I would have just liked to have seen a bit more drama and complications toward the end.

I'll be honest, I looked at Carol's spoiler so I knew the whole time that Lee and Brant were the same. :) I still loved it though!

I still loved the story even knowing part way through. :) 5 stars for me! She really is a fantastic author. 

Wrap Up

Well, this was a fantastic journey we all experienced and like we have said time and time again….Alessandra Torre NEVER lets us down with her imaginative mind!

Yes, I was the outsider (probably all around) that I had other endings in mind and I apologize straight up that I made such a big deal out of it….it doesn’t change the overall love of the book and how Ms. Torre can weave a tale of mystery and damn….don’t even get me started on her ability to write sex scenes!! Whew….warning….make sure you have an extra pair of panties next to you while reading….or in Carla’s case….clean your screen well!

We all enjoyed reading a book of this magnitude together and as you can see above…we never ran out of things to talk about!
