My Thoughts - Story
It has been a long time since I’ve read a ‘shifter’ book and I’m so happy it was Desert Fate that opened that genre back up to me again. Not only because it was a light and quick read but because the story had more to do with the romance building between Kyle and Stef.

What drew me in? It was the wolf contradicting the characters ‘intelligent’ thoughts. The wolves words were primal and fierce – they fought against Kyle and Stef the whole time. They knew what they wanted and didn’t care what obstacles were in the way.

Mine. Mate.

Yeah, those words may be simple, but it said so much in this story.

Re-Cap
The last thing Kyle was expecting was a blast from his past in the form of a newly bitten shifter. Stef and Kyle spent about a year together when they were younger and bonded quickly…but life tore them apart again and after all these years, it can only be destiny that brings them back together…and as both shifters!

But there is a problem…the shifter who changed Stef wants her to be HIS mate.
